I understand emotional distress within social and cultural contexts, including academic pressure, gender norms, family expectations, and inequality. Therapy is not about shaping you to fit society. It supports understanding yourself with clarity, self-trust, and compassion in a gentle way.

I do not impose my beliefs, values, or life choices on you. Therapy is not about advice or persuasion. It supports your thinking, feeling, and decisions. Your pace, meanings, and autonomy are respected, even when our views or paths differ.

My practice welcomes people across caste, class, gender, sexuality, bodies, abilities, beliefs, and relationships. Sliding-scale fees are available to improve accessibility and fairness.

Systemic patriarchy restricts agency and autonomy across all genders. I believe in equality of opportunity and fairness for people of every gender.
