I recognise how patriarchy shapes people’s lives and limits agency across genders. My work supports equality, autonomy, and fairness so you can live with greater freedom and self-trust.

My practice welcomes people across caste, class, gender, sexuality, bodies, abilities, beliefs, and relationships. Sliding-scale fees are available to improve accessibility and fairness.

I understand distress within its social and cultural context. Therapy is not about fitting you into society, but helping you understand yourself with clarity, self-trust, and compassion.
