Book a consultation

Free chat with me

We’ll chat for 15-20 minutes (separately with each person for couples) and get a sense of what's going on and how we can help you to help yourself.

Schedule a session

​If you feel good about the conversation you had with the therapist, you can schedule a first session which can be online or offline.

Client-led

I do not impose my beliefs or life choices on you. Therapy supports your thinking, feelings, and decisions—at your own pace, with your autonomy fully and deeply respected.

Non-pathologizing

I do not see you as a diagnosis or label. Your responses make sense within life experiences, and therapy focuses on understanding your story with curiosity and compassion—not fixing you.

Feminist

I recognise how patriarchy shapes people’s lives and limits agency across genders. My work supports equality, autonomy, and fairness so you can live with greater freedom and self-trust.

Inclusive

My practice welcomes people across caste, class, gender, sexuality, bodies, abilities, beliefs, and relationships. Sliding-scale fees are available to improve accessibility and fairness.

Socially aware

I understand distress within its social and cultural context. Therapy is not about fitting you into society, but helping you understand yourself with clarity, self-trust, and compassion.
